At Alpine Ethos we have been running snowboard friendly chalet holidays in Meribel for the past six seasons. As our 5 star TripAdvisor reviews show we know what works and as snowboarders ourselves you're in great hands
Cab9 is a small team of dedicated snowboarders, well known in resort for their quality of teaching and a friendly, relaxed approach to their lessons. These guys are highly qualified instructors and skilful riders, without doubt the perfect choice for you to get the most out of your riding.
Meribel might not be the first resort you think of for snowboarding but a week here will change that. Two snow parks, varied terrain, awesome off-piste and barely a draglift in sight, not to mention the legendary apres scene.
We leave it up to you to book your transport from the UK to either Geneva airport or Moutiers train station but can arrange transfers on your behalf.

At Alpine Ethos if there's one thing we know how to do it's provide top quality chalet holidays. We have been running Chalet St Joseph for 6 seasons and have been getting rave reviews since day one. The chalet has a hot tub, sauna and board and boot room with heated boot rack. The lounge has everything you need with a TV, DVD player, Nintendo Wii, snowboarding magazines and free wifi.
We'll take you to the slopes and bring you back to the chalet again in our minibus and point you in the right direction for the best apres.
A love of snowboarding, as well as good food and wine are the reasons that we started running Alpine Ethos and we'll make sure you are well fed, watered and relaxed ready for a day on the slopes with Jono and the Cab9 team...
The week's coaching is provided by our friends at Cab9 Snowboarding. Cab9 is Meribel's only dedicated snowboard school and the focus for the camp is to improve your technique, discover the best snowboarding spots around the resort and of course, have fun!
All areas of snowboarding technique are covered, from working on the basics, like improving your stance on the board, to more advanced technique such as making perfect carve turns on the piste or backcountry excursions shredding powder if conditions allow. Freestyle is a main feature on the camp, so expect a few fun sessions in the park learning some new tricks on boxes, rails and jumps. In addition to this, there are some off-snow sessions in the schedule where you'll get to see video of your performance, as well as an always popular clinic on board set up and maintenance. By the time you leave you will have gained a wealth of knowledge and your riding will have moved to a completely new level.
