From your first contact with us to the end of your stay, we provide an exceptional, personal service at all times.
From the moment you make an enquiry Heather and Andy will be on hand to answer any of your questions and guide you through the simple booking process.
After confirming availability for the number of guests in your party we will send you a booking form to complete and return. To make a booking all we need is a deposit and your completed booking form.
The outstanding balance for your stay is due 8 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday.
Once your booking has been confirmed we will recommend trusted local companies for you to book ski/snowboard hire, ski/snowboard lessons, childcare, transfers, lift passes and can help with anything else you might need. We always endeavour to reply to any emails/phone calls as promptly as possible.
Have the kettle on / aperitifs and nibbles ready (depending on your arrival time).
Phone the ski hire company to come and fit your skis at the ski chalets.
Have your pre-ordered lift passes ready and waiting for you.
Have the information you need for you to meet your ski/snowboard instructors/childcare provider.
We take our level of service seriously so you feel well looked after throughout your stay.
You can expect us and our team to be smart, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable about the resort, good with children and fun to be around.
* Our team have one well deserved day off per week (usually Wednesday). On this day there is no minibus shuttle or room servicing and a continental breakfast is provided.
